Training Services

Auditing Services
Our audit division consists of registered auditors having vast knowledge and experiences in international standards. The audits are carried out with high level of integrity and precise service commitments in mind. Our auditors have capability to perform the following types of audits: –
First-Party Audits (Internal Audits)
Also known as internal audits, are conducted by the organization itself on its processes in the management system to ensure they meet the requirements of the standard or its procedure that the company has specified. Normally it can be done by a qualified inhouse internal auditor (employee) of the organization or a consultant hired by the organization to perform on behalf of the organization.
Second-Party Audits (Supplier Audits)
A second-party audit is performed to a supplier to ensure that they meet requirements specified in the agreement. The second-party audit is between the customer and the supplier and has nothing to do with third party certification. The audit normally can be conducted on-site by reviewing the processes or even off-site by reviewing documents submitted by the supplier. The customer, through hired competent auditor can audit all or part of the contract – whatever they see a need to audit.
Mystery Shopping Audits
Our mystery shopping audit is one of the performance audits designed to examine effectiveness and efficiency of organization’s services. The goal is to measure the quality of service, internal/employee performance and regulatory compliance. It is normally carried in an undercover approach so that the information collected really representing the situation on the ground.
Third-Party Audits
Our third-party auditors are certified and registered by IRCA, PECB, SGS and RINA (ISCC) certification bodies. Our audit approach is carried out with high level of integrity and precise service commitments in mind which are governed and administered by respective auditors.
